This Particular Tail is in good condition. Most of the lacquer has worn off; the tail looks nice and would look nicer with a good polishing. The Yamaha engraving just below the Yamaha ring set looks lovely. This would be a great Bell and Tail for your YHR 87, YHR 667, or any Custom Geyer Horn Project. This horn was most likely made by Carl Geyer but has been modified over the years

Up For Your Consideration is a Miraphone 186 Four Rotary Tuba Valve Cluster on a Yamaha 321 Silver Bell

The bell Flare is made of Nickel Bronze

The valves are quiet

There are also some dents on the branches and slides

Lee restored the Tuba to the original string linkage
