Slovakian Mountain Rocambole

Slovakian Mountain RocamboleSlovakian Mountain is another well rounded, strong and sweet tasting garlic. The paper is pink and purple with brown and white skin on the cloves. The cloves are extra small to medium size in each bulb, with 6 9 cloves per bulb and are easier to peel than porcelain varieties due to their looser skin. This variety does not store as well as our porcelains, with a storage life of 4 6 months. This variety is doing better in the field for us but it is not

Porcelains have great storage qualities due to the extra thick skin on the cloves (this also makes them harder to peel )

Simply cut off a single bulb whenever you need it

and it is even safe enough for your little ones diaper rash too
