False Bay Old School SyrahA ripe spicy nose with bramble fruits and also some earth and meaty aromas. The palate is structured and well balanced with fresh plum and blackberry fruit characters, gently spicy notes, fine tannins and a refreshing natural acidity. Using grapes from the coastal region around Cape Town, this Syrah is slowly fermented by wild yeasts, adding a complexity not normally seen in wines at this price.
