Feeling Lucky - II came across this wall installation at a hotel a grid of backlit plexiglass rectangles, each one heat bent into an hourglass or bowtie form and immediately saw something far beyond interior decoration. In monochrome, the interplay of light through the curved forms creates a rhythmic, almost hypnotic pattern of swelling and pinching, light and shadow repeating across the grid like a woven textile seen under a microscope.
