Named after the 200m wide meteorite crater that is in the middle of the estate, the wine offers aromas of blackcurrant, wild herbs, thyme and balsamic notes with supple, juicy fruit and soft, rounded tannins on the palate. It pairs exceptionally well with grilled meats, lamb, cassoulet,
