A. et Y. Minowa Kurakake Chardonnay 2023Kurakake Chardonnay [2023] This white wine is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Kurakake area of Tomi City, Nagano Prefecture. It is made from grapes harvested at Bonjour Farm(Domaine grapes), and produced and bottled at our own brewery.

The harmony of Cabernet Sauvignon and Nebbiolo has become well established as a wine with a unique flavor
Misono Vineyard's Niagara are very interesting
Tasting notes - Gorgeous red currant and acerola aromas and earthy character
resulting in a wine with a 50% new oak ratio
About 30% of each of the three varieties was vinified with whole clusters
no filtration and a small amount of sulphites added before bottling in early September
The wine uses grapes from their own vineyards
The grapes were pressed using a horizontal mechanical press
