The high altitude vineyards (around 1,100 metres) sit on alluvial soils rich in limestone and stones, giving freshness and mineral drive. Aromas are lifted and precise, showing red cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant, alongside violet, graphite and subtle herbal
The hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed grapes are vinified with as little intervention as possible
that will continue to be rounded with time in the bottle
lifted by a hint of dried rose petals
crafted predominantly from Piedirosso
The wine is aged in stainless steel vats for at least 7 months
