Ray's Special Porcelain

Ray's Special PorcelainRay's Special has an intense garlic flavour. The paper is creamy white with shades of brown and purple. The cloves are medium to large size in each bulb, with 4 6 cloves per bulb. Porcelains have great storage qualities due to the extra thick skin on the cloves (this also makes them harder to peel ). This porcelain that has done very well for us in the gulf islands, and is consistently one variety that grows lots of extra large size bulbs. Priced in 1

This is a marble purple stripe variety so the paper has beautiful shades of marbled pink purple

This variety is doing better in the field for us but it is not an easy garlic to grow
