1993 Ibanez Japan RGR-550S HSH Superstrat w/Reverse Headstock (White)Japanese made in 1993, this is a limited edition variant of the early model RG 550's from Ibanez with a rare reverse headstock. Basswood body with a slim maple neck and a 24 fret maple fingerboard with dot inlays, it weighs 3. 7kg's. This one has been loaded with a set of Dimarzio X2N humbuckers flanking a Dimarzio Satch Track rail humbucker in the middle positions so it absolutely screams! Still features what look to be the original Floyd Rose Edge

The frets are original and show some general wear but were polished and play smoothly

this is the first iteration of the PE-R60 model and wears a dark stained red finish with some beautiful grain

while newly adopting the "X bracing" that was often used in Morris' "Handmade Series"
