Tsarev Brod Orange Rosé Pinot GrisTsarev Brod Orange Ros Pinot Gris is made from 100% Pinot Gris grown in the Danubian Plain of Bulgaria a fertile, sun lit region in the north east of the country. The wine is produced as an orange ros, meaning the Pinot Gris was fermented on its skins for around 30 days, giving a distinctive pink orange hue and light tannic structure. Aromas and flavours include ripe white cherries, wild strawberry and plum, with refreshing acidity and a lingering,

precise finish featuring crushed minerals and lingering citrus oils

The proximity to the river not only helps in keeping temperate conditions but also helps to ripen the fruit by reflecting sunlight throughout the valley

where you’ll find the 8 neat hectares of the Lété-Vautrain vineyard (established by the husband-and-wife team whose surnames grace the label)
