She originally came with dress up items for the Friendship Ball, but she's missing her accessories. Sparkleworks III has a pearlescent orange body and pink hair with iridescent tinsel. Her eyes are blue and aqua with a pink star and her symbol is colorful fireworks. She has a red hoof heart on her front left hoof and a magnet on the bottom

There's also some dirt on the ribbon of her dress

and the Chrysanthemum charm

and wears a blue and white dress with matching bloomers underneath

The paint on her symbol on her non-display side is a little faint near the outside edges
