This set is even more rare in that the reels have the all black anodized finish. Joe produced 20 of these limited edition reel sets and only a few were all black. The reels are in mint and unused condition. Comes with beautiful wooden case with maroon baize lining. This is set #6 as noted on each reel foot. These reels (known as the Bonefish, the Permit, and the Tarpon)

The 5" Garrison-style grip has a slight taper being slightly larger in diameter at the nose

The VL&A decal remains 98% intact

Gold and purple at the winding check and male ferrules
