today this is a genuine 'wow' wine
The nose evidences a slight floral quality
Reduction flattens the nose and I would strongly recommend decanting this for 30 minutes or so if you're tempted to try a bottle before the wine matures
It is difficult for readers who have never tasted Cuvee Madame to imagine a wine of such honeyed richness
This isn't quite as floral as the Amoureuses but it's even spicier with its purple fruit
Interestingly this is actually a bit more aromatically elegant with its super fresh nose of red cherry
