Mixing by Moonlight (Bluer Formula, Limited Edition)This is an oops batch of Mixing by Moonlight. My hand slipped while mixing and I added a a little too much blue! Its still a sheer pale blue nail lacquer with blue shimmer and iridescent flakes that glows aqua in the dark. I dont want to waste this beautiful polish so Im offering it as a bluer alternative to the OG Mixing by Moonlight. Seni opaque in 3 coats depending on application (but meant to be sheer). I recommend our white tinted base coat for
