Unaltered smooth alloy foot and duplicated MKII check (both pawls engageable). The ebonite handle spins freely. The tension regulator works as intended. Nice strong check throughout its range. Comes with box and suede case.

The ring is brass while the cap is aluminum

The action is fairly quick with a semi-parabolic action

The rod features Mario's fiberglass ferrules and ferrule plug
