SirDavis American Rye WhiskySirDavis is a new American whisky from Beyonc Knowles Carter which pays tribute to her great grandfather Davis Hogue, who was a moonshiner during Prohibition. A collaboration with Mot Hennessy, it was created under the direction of Dr. Bill Lumsden, who has served as Master Distiller at Scotland's Glenmorangie and Ardbeg distilleries, and is finished in Pedro Ximnez sherry casks. Mash Bill 51% Rye. 49% Malted Barley Proof 88 44% ABV

The rye barrel was hand-selected by Pierre Auguste and OJ Lima

This Cinco Sentidos mezcal was distilled by Amando Alvarez and his son in Santa Maria Ixcatlan
