Original early bag and tube

For sale here is a stunning 3" Hardy Wide Drum Perfect fly reel

dual black rings over all cork reel seat

The splices are cut left-to-right and right-to-left and the two types are alternated on adjoining splines

It comes with the original bag but I am not certain if the tube is original because it's 6" longer than the rod

The ferrules are size 10/64 and 16/64 with an excellent fit

The parabolic action is quite smooth

A very nice and rare old Uniqua

It differs from my later rods by the following two details: there is a wooden lip on the reel seat where it meets the rear of the grip and the wraps are a slightly darker shade of red then the current "may rose" color that I would later settle on (with edges that are also slightly darker)
