which uses my "payne-style acorn cap" (normally used with a screw-lock seat) with a standard sliding ring which is seated over nickel silver rails inset into the spacer
This reel has a very heavy multi-disk carbon fiber disc drag and is adjusted via a range knob combined with a lever
The 1/2" cork rings are of the highest quality
The pocket cap is stamped "Thomas
An 8'3 2/2 for a 5 weight line
Both tips have been clear wrapped from the tip tops down to the first guide
For sale here is a Leonard Model 50DF bamboo rod -- 8 feet for a 5 weight line
leaving some ridging
without line/backing
