MJ Craft Cold IPA KitCold IPA is a new IPA sub style fermented with lager yeast at ale temperatures. Typically crisper and drier than a traditional West Coast IPA, but equally hoppy. With this kit for optimum crispness, use brewing sugar, brew enhancer, or beer enhancer 1. A crisp, refreshing, flavourful IPA with bold and bright hop character. Dry hopped with three New Zealand varieties, Motueka, Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin, to give it citrus, passionfruit and peach aromas.
