Albert Mann "Hengst Grand Cru" Pinot Gris Selection de Grains Nobles 375ML HALF BOTTLEWhat a treat! Selection de Grains Nobles, or "SGN" is a delicious, but rarely seen specialty of Alsace. Similar to Sauternes in Bordeaux, this wine is produced from botrytis affected grapes, which are intensely concentrated in flavor and sugar. The resulting wine is unctuous but full of energy and complexity. The style can be made from a variety of grapes, but we always love the ripe melon and spicy peach flavors only Pinot Gris can bring.
