It is well suited to 17th century re enactment or LARP portraying a musketeer, nobleman, rich trader, or similar figure from north west Europe. The fabric is approximately waist length, and the cloak may be fastened with cords.
This particular burgonet is based on the cavalry helmets worn around the time of the Tudor dynasty
