50's Two Tiered Tulle Petticoat with Waist TieA tulle petticoat with two tiers. One to the knee and the other to the hip. The tulle is stiffened so that the petticoat resembles a tutu. It ties at the waist with white cotton piping that finishes the waist. It's sized a 12 but will fit a small by today's standards. It measures 27" around the waist and the length is 25". Hand wash.
